After the Bell – Doherty

Pre-kindergarten through grade 5

Life at Seven Hills doesn’t necessarily end at 3 p.m. We accommodate our busy families by providing programming for students, pre-kindergarten through grade 8, available Monday through Friday from 3:15 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. on both our Hillsdale and Doherty Campuses.

Students have the option to participate in Encore Club, Enrichment Programs, Music Lessons or a combination of all three.

Encore Club (formerly called Extended Day)

Encore Club provides a diverse, warm, homelike environment for students. A dedicated and energetic staff will plan a variety of activities that will include art, games, and active play. For students staying after 5:00 p.m., a homework-quiet time will be part of the daily routine. Students are grouped by grade levels. Reservations are not required and we offer a flexible fee schedule with annual, daily, and hourly options.

Enrichment Programs

Enrichment Programs are specialty programs, such as Move & Groove, Creating with Clay, Bricks 4Kidz or Mad Science, for which students must preregister online and space will be limited. Our fall, winter and spring sessions run for eight weeks. Our mini sessions will run for two weeks and will offer a one-day special event or programs that will meet on a short-term basis.

Music lessons

Music Lessons will be offered throughout the school year on a weekly basis. Please download this music lesson request form and submit to [email protected]. Lessons will be scheduled based upon teacher availability.

Fee: $25.00 for each 30-minute private lesson

Middle School After The Bell (formerly called Extended Day)

Life at Seven Hills doesn’t necessarily end at 3:00 p.m. We accommodate our busy families by providing programming for students, available Monday through Friday from 3:15 p.m. through 6:00 p.m. Students have the option to participate in Encore Club, Enrichment Programs, Music Lessons or a combination of all three.

Encore Club – Begins August 22, 2018

Encore Club is an open format where students may opt to participate in planned activities or work on homework. Supervision is available from 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Fee: Free of charge for the 2014-2015 school year / Registration: NA

Enrichment Program – Begins: November 30, 2015

Enrichment Program offerings will begin during the Winter Session which runs between November 30 – February 5. Program descriptions and registration information will be available in October, 2015.
